Restaurant Week GR Is Underway!

With the Corn on the cob eating contest at the Downtown Market! I was the MC of the contest with local celebs and restaurant owners battling it out for the coveted “Golden Corn Holders” and bragging rights for the next year.

Long time WZZM TV reporter and competitive eater Peter Ross was the odds on favorite to win. He won the blueberry pie eating contest last year, and had no reason to think he wouldn’t win this year. Until he met “The Mouth” Curtis, from our sister station Channel 95-7, who had other plans.

Watch the video and see how Curtis dethroned Ross. Good job fellow Townsquare Worker!
