Robert Plant To Perform On Jimmy Fallon’s ‘Late Night’

Legendary Led Zeppelin vocalist Robert Plant will take his newest project to the stage of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon next week, when his Band of Joy group is scheduled to make an appearance.

Band of Joy is expected to perform on the Thursday, December 9 edition of the program, which will technically run early Friday morning. The group will then prepare for a North American tour, which will get underway in January.

The self-titled record from Band of Joy recently debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 chart, and marks the first studio release from Plant since his 2007 award-winning album Raising Sand.

Band of Joy includes Plant, Patty Griffin on vocals, multi-instrumentalist Darrell Scott, Byron House on bass and vocals, Marco Giovino on drums, and co-producer Buddy Miller on guitar and vocals.
