Sandra Bullock delivered the commencement address at Warren Easton Charter School in her hometown of New Orleans.   Oh, and also, don't pick your nose. Ever.

Bullock, who has been financially and emotionally involved in the school's rebuilding since Hurricane Katrina, was a surprise guest at the ceremony. People Magazine said that the actress was on hand for Monday’s ceremony at the University of New Orleans Lakefront Arena.

Sandra told the nearly 2-hundred graduates, “Stop worrying so much. I don’t remember any of the moments in my life where I worried. Go find your joy. It’s not the worry; it’s not the what-ifs. It’s the joy that stays with you.”

Bullock also told the college-bound kids to dance every day, eat something green every day, and please don’t pick your nose in public.
