‘Saturday Night Live’ Takes On ‘Schoolhouse Rock’ [Video]

"Schoolhouse Rock" is a classic set of videos that used to air during Saturday morning cartoons, teaching us things about grammar, math and government.

One of the best was "I'm Just A Bill", about how laws are created in Congress. It turns out, many Presidents ignore that process and issue "Executive Orders", which are not as much fun to sing about, as "Saturday Night Live" pointed out.

A bill (Kenan Thompson) and an executive order (Bobby Moynihan) explain how government really works with a little help from President Barack Obama (Jay Pharaoh).
