Screaming In Sweden [Video]

If you went to your window right now and screamed as loud as you could, how would your neighbors react? I'm pretty sure mine would either call the police or come over armed with a rifle.

But in Sweden, they scream back at you. How cute! Or annoying, depending on your point of view.

There are no detials posted with this video, so i don't know if this is a common thing to happen, or if he set it up with his friends in this particular apartment complex, but it sure is weird.
