An overnight shooting on the campus of Northern Arizona University has left one person dead and three injured.

The incident occurred in a parking lot near a dormitory around 1:20 a.m. Friday. It's not clear what led to the incident, but there are reports members of the Delta Chi fraternity were involved.

Arizona Senator John McCain also commented on the shooting:

The shooting comes less than two weeks after a fatal mass shooting at Oregon's Umpqua Community College.
