The smallest town in the United States goes up for auction next month - and you can own it!

The town of Buford  Wyoming, has just one inhabitant...

The man says he plans to retire from managing his businesses at Buford and move on.

Up for Auction are  gas station and convenience store, a garage and a three-bedroom home. Sounds like a great package deal!

The town traces its origins the 1860s and the construction of the Transcontinental Railroad. Buford had as many as 2,000 residents at one time - and just one left, and you could be next!
