For all NFL fans – except Cincinnati Bengals fans – the Steelers-Bengals playoff game on Saturday was awesome. It had everything. Inclusing a guy catching a ball pinned against his leg while doing a somersault.

In the rain, wide receiver Martavis Bryant did a flip while catching a ball between his legs.

During one of the many brawls that broke out during the game, Steelers offensive line coach came off the bench, onto the field – and pulled the hair of the Bengals’ Reggie Nelson.

Entertainment all around… but that wasn’t all.

The Bengals, who haven’t won a playoff game since 1990 pretty much had the game won, when running back Giovani Bernard fumbled the ball, giving the ball back to the Steelers, who went on a game-winning march, led by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger left the game with a shoulder injury, and helped by bonehead plays by Vontaze Burfict and Adam "Pacman" Jones.

A chip shot field goal sealed the deal. Steelers win. Thanks for coming. See you next year.

But of course, the fun wasn’t over. Bengals fans were throwing trash onto the field during and after the game and some Bengals players came out after the game, blaming Head Coach Marvin Lewis for the loss, suggesting that discipline was a problem. You stay classy, Cincinnati.

It’s all about perspective. Bengals fans must be bent out of shape this morning. The rest of us think this game was the best ever.

There is something to be said for having losing woven into your DNA. It takes a lot to change the momentum of losing. Just ask the Vikings.
