Russian cosmonauts Alexander Skvortsov and Oleg Artemyev, along with help from their NASA crewmates aboard the International Space Station (ISS), will venture out on a spacewalk at approximately 10 a.m. EST.

Here's what NASA has to say about today's spacewalk:

Two Expedition 40 spacewalkers will venture outside the International Space Station today to deploy a nanosatellite, retrieve and install experiment packages and inspect components on the exterior of the orbital laboratory. The cosmonauts’ spacesuits will be outfitted with U.S. helmet cameras on loan from their NASA crewmates to provide the ground team with first-person views of the spacewalk activities.

I love anything that has to do with space, so when I saw the news about the spacewalk I knew I had to pass it along!

You can watch NASA's live stream of the Expedition 40 spacewalk here- enjoy!
