Almost 40 shelters in Michigan will be participating in the Bissell Foundation's "Empty the Shelters" event, starting Monday, December 6th and running for two weeks.

The Whitecaps have hit the "Dog Days of Summer" literally and figuratively! It's August, so the stretch run is here for the season. The Caps are currently 5 games out and the host the team ahead of them in the standings, the Lake County Captains.
