Ellen DeGeneres has lots of time on her hands. And a huge staff. Much like George Takei, I really doubt Ellen comes up with all her wacky Facebook posts, and I'm pretty sure she also doesn't scour through all the picture submissions for her funny photo galleries.

So as the temps reach the mid 90's this week and the humidity is oppresive, here's a suggestion and a warning. Always wear sunscreen. Really. This photo gallery proves why.

It's the Fourth of July. America's birthday. The day we celebrate our independence and shoot off fireworks and eat grilled food. AND wear lots of Red White and Blue.
