The images are located on the north side of eastbound I-196, immediately after the off-ramp from U.S. 131, and on the east side of the Ottawa Avenue exit off westbound I-196 - right downtown in the middle of everything.
April 5, 2012 According to a new Forbes magazine (unlike the RelocateAmerica article from last August that got all the attention a couple of weeks ago) Grand Rapids is the "Best place to raise a family"! This story has been posted on Facebook and reported on by 3 of our local TV stations. When I saw it on channel 8's news last night, it was the straw that broke the camels back. August 4, 2011 So Traverse City has a lip dub now. Good for them. Michigan has become the unofficial "home" of cities' Lip Dubs. Of course the Grand Rapids video has become world famous, and according to You Tube, is the second most watched Lip Dub ever, behind a LD from Canada that has over 9 million views...but it's a year old--the Grand Rapids LD is 2 months old.
