It's the list of the top cities where "Parents spoil their kids'". Grand Rapids isn't on this list, as a matter of fact, no Midwest city is in the top 10, unless you count Minneapolis as being in the Midwest. I personally think of them as being in the UPPER Midwest! The Yahoo site Shine says "Kids in Manhattan are still the most spoiled in the United States and their mini-hipster neighbors in Brooklyn are a close second" The site sites "parents pull strings to get their two-year-olds into $30,000-a-year nursery schools". The constant whine of "but it's not THAT expensive! And I have been really good this year!" The Euro is failing overseas. Suh shouldn't have been suspended. Michigan State got robbed in the BCS. It still really hasn't snowed yet, at least for Michigan. And yet still, everything is good with the world now. Why?
