More Laughfest fun with Joanne Roehm! She's a pretty high up at Gilda's Club in the Laughing department. She came into the studios and talked about some Laughfest performers you might not be aware of. And even though she was a little under the weather, her smile brights up a room like 34 candles! Seriously!

The big Ha Ha is coming back to Grand Rapids! Laughfest 2012 will happen in March all over town benefiting Gilda's Club of West Michigan! Headliners include Whoopi Goldberg, Jim Gaffigan, a Saturday Night Live reunion featuring Martin Short and Kevin Nealon, Rodney Carrington, and more great comedy acts.

Gilda’s LaughFest will return for a second year in Grand Rapids. This morning, Gilda’s Club of Grand Rapids’ officials announced the 2012 event will start March 8 and run through March 18. Gilda’s LaughFest organizers and community leaders discussed the successes of this year’s event when announcing to continue with it next year.

Betty is here for a Laughfest appearance, but she did (in my opinion) some of her funniest work on the Mary Tyler Moore Show.

Gilda's Laugh Fest is underway and we kicked it off last night by breaking the Guiness World record for Rubber chicken Tossing.  Over one thousand people tossed over 900 rubber chickens at the Rosa Parks Circle in Downtown Grand Rapids.

Yes, even though the Earthquake and Tsunami have hit Hawaii, Laughfest is underway here in good ol' reasonably safe Michigan!
