Okay, so where WFGR is located there is a parking lot where many people in the building park.  I pull into work this morning at 8AM... and Outside the Gate the Sign says "FULL", and thus no more spots.

This would be fine except for the fact there were about 8 cars in a parking lot that holds about 50!
