She seems pretty nice right? Jolly and upbeat even. However, in a filmed product test back in April, spokesperson Diane Amos really horrifies the hell out of some volunteers. She's so effective, you get the idea there may have been some "accidents" that needed to cleaned up with some Pine-Sol.
