EVERYBODY! So to help, the city is opening the pools and splash pads today! Actually, it could have been 65 and cloudy today and the pools will still be opening. The city planned this a month ago. It just worked out that we would be in the middle of a record heat wave when the pools opened! Timing is everything in life.
