Gov Synder signed a bill that would allow motorcycle operators 21 or older to ride without a helmet. The Riders will need at least $20,000 in insurance to ride in the state sans helmet. Groups who supported the bill are overjoyed. They felt Michigan lost millions of dollars to other states where people can ride with no helmet. People who opposed the bill feel more money will be needed for insurance and injuries.
