Yesterday, Rockford Ice Festival attendees broke the Guiness Book World Record for longest ice cream sundae bar. Over 2,500 visitors  enjoyed free ice cream while checking out ice carving, playing mini ice  golf on ice courses, and competing in a sculpture scavenger hunt.
