On Monday, October 24, Judge Janet T. Neff of the United States District for the Western District of Michigan ruled that state law must not prohibit Michigan voters from taking "ballot selfies".
Camera use is prohibited in voting booths and polling places in Michigan, but a new lawsuit is challenging the ban on "ballot selfies" in the name of free speech.
ArtPrize artist Lou Rodriguez's "I Used to be an Octopus" is a 20 foot dragon at Calder Plaza. One of the dragon's claws also works as a seat. Rodriguez is encouraging visitors to have a seat and take a selfie.

ABC has become the next in line to divulge their fall 2014 schedules in advance of the Upfront presentation this week, and while the list leaves off any major surprises, Marvel fans would do well to learn that new series 'Agent Carter' will indeed serve as a smaller series bridge between the first and second half of 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' season 2.
