Two men in their late 20s stole DVDs and computer games from a Target store Tuesday and discussed their plans to fence the goods while driving away.

It looks like someone actually Stole pieces of Rusty Railroad Track from Ludington.  Okay, first off, how they heck do you life giant, heavy pieces of railroad track ?    My Second question is,  how could you not hear that happing?  Third Question, once you do manage to steal it, where do you put it, in the trunk?   Once you get all that figured out, where does one take rusty railroad tracks?
