Police officers in St. Joe rescued two people from near a pier after one reported falling into the water while texting! Kind of like when the lady took a dive into the fountain in the mall a few months back.

The Berrien County sheriff's department says the lady from Benton Harbor fell into the water off South Pier in St. Joseph and then her friend jumped in to save her!
