Thankfully the Lions are Done – For the Year

Well, what turned out to be a very typical Lions season. Once again on several occasions, the Lions snapped defeat from the jaws of victory, had several mediocre games and a lot of stupid moves on special teams and coaching. What will be different next year? Very little by the looks of it.Yep, almost all the coaches, managers and appears most players will be back. What does this mean, another season of below average football in Detroit.   Will I be watching?  A little. Will be become invested? Nope.   The Lions have been rebuilding since the late 1950's, and I'd be glad to eat my words, but I don't think you'll see much different next year. What's the definition of insanity you ask?  Doing the same things over and over and expecting a different result.

Perhaps the lions should consult a dictionary.
