‘The Simpsons’ Give You A Totally Awesome ’80s Couch Gag [Video]

Fox is giving fans of The Simpsons a sneak peak at the totally excellent, Miami Vice-inspired opening couch gag for Sunday's episode.

Included are masculine, hip cop makeovers for Homer and Ed Flanders, a spot on '80s theme song a la 'Miami Vice', a gun firing couch, a hot Marge working in a diner and an ending that puts it all back into perspective.

Good to see the Simpsons' writers still have some weird tricks up their sleeves after 30 years of the episodes. Totally tubular.

The episode may have some other '80s tricks in it as it's titled 'Teenage Mutant Milk Caused Hurdles'.
