352 feet and 11 inches of ice cream-- sounds delicious! Yesterday, Rockford Ice Festival attendees broke the Guiness Book World Record for longest ice cream sundae bar. Over 2,500 visitors  enjoyed free ice cream while checking out ice carving, playing mini ice  golf on ice courses, and competing in a sculpture scavenger hunt.

WZZM reports that organizers  say they may have also set a record for attendance:

"It has been tremendous. We've had over 10,000 people here today, and we're expecting another big crowd tomorrow. Families are just having a blast," said event manager Meredith Gremel.

Ice Festival fun is still going on today until 3 pm-- check out the schedule here.
