The short lived Brady Bunch Variety Hour was panned by critics, but in one shining moment, they may have given the best snapshot of '70s pop culture ever.

This video came from an episode of the show devoted to disco music, and the resulting badly choreographed dance number has a little of everything bad about the '70s.

First, you have Radio DJ Rick Dees popping up with his annoying Disco Duck song, then flamboyant comedian Rip Taylor makes an appearance dancing in a duck costume with housekeeper Alice (Ann B. Davis), and if that's not enough '70s for you, Rerun and the entire cast from the TV show What's Happening pop up, as Rerun does his famous dance that belies his large size.

Add to that a weird interlude where Carol (Florence Henderson) sings 'Those Were The Days', which is about as far from disco as you can get, and dances off with Mike (Robert Reed), who may be the only cast member who looks good in polyester.

And to wrap it up in a big cloak of the surreal, the whole thing ends with a disco version of the 'I Love Lucy' TV theme.
