An Australian ball boy is walking funny somewhere today after taking a 125-mile-per-hour serve off the most sensitive part of his body yesterday.

All in a day's work I suppose. I think Heywood Banks has a song about that.

Here's what I know about this video, Feliciano Lopez was serving to Adrian Mannarino at the Australian Open tennis tournament. Mannarino opted not to take a swat at the 125-mph serve, so it hit the ball boy in the groin as he stood there minding his own business.

The ball boy is OK. He attempted to complete his shift, but the pain was too great, and he left to get medical assistance. He will recover.

Here's the sad part. I clicked on six versions of the story, and none of them revealed the victim's name. I figure, if you're going to take a shot like that, the world needs to know who you are, because that's an incredible display of, well, balls.

So here's to you, Sam Day, 15 years old of Melbourne. You are a man among men!

Let's sing a song in his honor.
