You might not have noticed, but a new Federal law has required the volume of all commercials has to be within a range of 2 decibels (db) more or less than the programming around them. That means no more Billy Mays or Vince the Shamwow guy screaming at you at 3 in the morning.

Oh wait, Billy Mays is dead and Vince is in jail. I think. Still it's a good thing for us, the television viewer. Even though most TV's have technology to take care of this problem to begin with, It's still good the Fed's are stepping in to tackle the important issues of the day. Next up, the Fiscal Cliff!
