This has been one of the weirdest weather years in Grand Rapids history. Rememebr the "winter"? That barely was a winter? Then it was 90 the week of St Patricks' Day, and don't get me started on our boiling hot summer. Now it was 55 on the first day of December. What's up with that?

Is it the end of the world coming later this month? Is it global warming? Who knows...but Mlive has the stats on November "Wet it wasn't: November third driest on record in Grand Rapids, forecasters say"
"Only 0.49 inches of rain or snow fell in Grand Rapids through all of November, a 3-inch deficit from the normal level of around 3.5 inches, said Brian Meade, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Grand Rapids. The weather service’s records, which stretch back to the late 1800s, show the only drier Novembers were in 1904 and 1936."

It seemed like it rained everyday in October...now this. Come on, Mother Nature! I need a white Christmas, and Dave Kim wants a pond hockey tournament!
