WFGR’s Awesome ’80s Cruise Moves to July 25

WFGR's Awesome '80s Cruise on The Grand Lady Riverboat, hosted by Classic Hits 98.7 WFGR and Jojo Girard, has been rescheduled to July 25.

It was to have been June 27.

The three-hour Friday evening trek on the Grand River from and to The Grand Lady's Jenison dock is from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. EST.

Hosted by Girard, of WFGR's "Jojo in the Morning," the cruise includes '80s music, dancing and food and also includes a cash bar. There are to be prizes awarded for best-dressed couple and single and best '80s dancer and a WFGR broadcast during the cruise.

Seating is limited, with 100 tickets available at $25 apiece in advance. For tickets, call (616) 457-4837.

The Grand Lady is located at 775 Taylor St., off Cottonwood Drive and Bauer Road in Jenison.
