A woman was robbed in broad daylight while using the ATM at the Lake Michigan Credit Union on Lake Michigan drive Sunday afternoon.

Police were called to the scene around 2 p.m. Sunday, April 2, and a woman reported that she was robbed at gunpoint while taking money out of an ATM, WZZM-13 reports.

Police are on the hunt for a suspect who reportedly stole money from a woman at gunpoint in the middle of the afternoon.

In a release, police described the suspect as a man in his late 20s - early 30s. He was wearing a winter hat and stonewashed jeans.

The man fled eastward on foot.
