You will hop on the wooded White Pine Trail, which runs along the Rogue River, take a little jog over to tree-lined Summit to Rector, ending at Camp Rockford. A kayak will be numbered and waiting for you at Camp Rockford where you go from running to paddling for the second leg of your trip. The Kayaking is roughly 3 1/2 miles long, taking approximately 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace to complete. The race ends in downtown Rockford where we will have a boxed lunch from Herman's boy waiting for you. After lunch, it’s a post-race party at Rockford Brewing. Proceeds to go to Team Orphans, who provide grants for special needs adoptions.
