10 Things To Do this Weekend: December 14th-16th
As we get closer to Christmas, we have more and more seasonal events...from light displays to concerts and stage productions. There are also some sporting events, ugly sweaters, and a chance to honor our veterans.
Some activities include the kids, while others are more for the adults.

Ring in the holiday season with their most beloved winter exhibition. It's the season of joy! Forget the hustle and bustle and find joy in their winter wonderland - it's an idyllic spot to center your thoughts on the true meaning of the holidays. Excitement surrounds this time of year as the annual Christmas and Holiday Traditions Around the World exhibition brings the glow of nearly 400,000 colorful lights, strolling carolers, visits from Santa, rooftop reindeer and 42 international trees and displays.

West Michigan's largest, animated, drive thru light show, is now celebrating its 20th year, of entertaining people of all ages. The event is located at Fifth Third Ballpark. Enjoy nearly two miles, over a million lights, animated displays, lighted tunnels, and more. On select evenings, you can stop at the Santa house, and give him your wish list!

You have two chances to see the Grand Rapids Griffins in action this weekend. On Friday, there will be $2 beers and $2 hot dogs. On Saturday, there will be an Athletic socks giveaway, it will be Arcade Night, and there will be a Post-game open skate.

On Saturday, Wreaths Across America will be at Michigan Veterans Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud. Please help our location lay wreaths at as many graves as possible by sponsoring a wreath. Or you can volunteer to participate in the wreath laying ceremony.
