Want to be a singer on the big screen?

Want to be in ArtPrize?

This year, you'll have an opportunity to do both at the same time.

Aaron Nemec's "Hey YouTube, It's Me" will show at UICA at ArtPrize 2014.

UICA is always a popular ArtPrize venue and many are sure to see the entry, but the first opportunity to engage with Nemec's entry will come before ArtPrize begins.

The entry will feature home recordings of people signing which will be projected onto a wall while another person sings along with the video at UICA.

Before ArtPrize begins, Nemec will give details on how to submit a YouTube video to possibly be included in the entry and projected at UICA during ArtPrize.

The entry is a continuation of a project previously shown in Las Vegas.

It's ArtPrize karaoke.

Sounds like a fun way to play along this fall.
