Remember back in the day when radio stations used to do the BEST April Fools' Day stunts? If it wasn't an Underground Amusement Park or not being able to smoke in your cars, whole stations would change air talent or music all day long. Why we don't do them anymore I'm not sure. Maybe its a legal thing, I don't know.

Then in the 90's big companies ran TV commercials for AFD jokes. Taco Bell buying the Liberty Bell comes to mind. In England the reports on TV were that there were trees that grew noodles. Big fun came to the masses.

Now, it's 2013--and AFD jokes are courtesy of the Internets. Here's two AFD jokes to watch out for.

From the story:

"The message was simple: the world's most popular video-sharing website would close at the end of the day to review all the video submissions it has received over the years, and would announce the best one in 2023.

"We are so close to the end. Tonight at midnight, youtube.com will no longer be accepting entries. After eight amazing years, it is finally time to review everything that has been uploaded to our site and begin the process of selecting a winner," said Tim Liston, named as "competition director."

April Fools Day! Keep your eyes--and nose--open for more....
