I was born in California, but as a teenager moved to Missouri. My first job in radio was in Rolla, Missouri. After that, I worked in St. Louis for a few years and Pittsburgh for almost 20 years. In 2002, I came to Lansing and WITL, mainly for the deer hunting. I live in DeWitt with my lovely wife Michelle. She's an occupational therapist now, but we met when I interviewed her on the radio when she was Miss USA 1987. We have a German Shepherd named Axel and two daughters. Lauren is a writer/model (and mom to our grandson Sebastian) who lives in L.A. Brooke is a packaging engineer who works for an auto supplier and sometimes does stand-up comedy. We love Vegas, vacations in the U.P., and Michigan State football and basketball. And yes, I have seen every episode of “Ancient Aliens”, the original “Twilight Zone”, “Outer Limits” and “The Big Bang Theory”.
