Brewery Vivant Offering Fat Paczki Beer For Fat Tuesday

Every year, Brewery Vivant has a very special beer that they release on tap only for Fat Tuesday.  It's called Fat Paczki and it is a Belgian Strong Pale Ale that is 7.5% ABV.

I haven't had it myself, but according to reviews on BeerAdvocate.com, it has a sweet taste with strong flavors of raisin and prunes.  It has a cloudy, brown appearance and a muddy texture due to the beer being unfiltered (all of Brewery Vivant's beer is unfiltered.)

You can only get the Fat Paczki beer today (March 5th) and it's only available on tap, so you'll have to go to the brewery to try it.  But, they have pretty amazing food, so be sure to grab something to eat while you are enjoying a Fat Paczki.
