Crazy Hail Storm Grand Rapids – October 28, 2018

Did anyone else just get pelted with hail? I was just sitting there, minding my own business when BLAMO! It was some of the heaviest hail I've ever seen in my life. I've lived in West Michigan for about 10 years now, and it seems we get a lot more hail over here than in the Detroit area. For the first 25 years of my life, I saw maybe 2 hail storms while in Metro Detroit, and in the 10 years in GR, I've seen about a half dozen or more. Is it normal for West Michigan to get hail?
