Time is running out for people to apply for Home Heating Credit, which helps Michigan residents with paying their energy bills. This especially applies to people who are low-income, veterans, senior citizens, or those that are deaf, blind or disabled.

The Michigan Agency for Energy (MAE) is reminding people that the deadline is September 30th.

We strongly encourage those who need help with their heating bills to apply for the Home Heating Credit.

In 2017, over 300K people qualified for the credit giving them extra money to pay for other life's necessities.
