Bank robberies, at least in central Ohio, increased in 2010. More interesting -- 18%, up from 7% the year before, were committed by WOMEN.

The increase can be attributed, according to police, to the so-called church lady bandit, who robbed seven banks wearing clothes and a hat that made her look as if she had come straight from church.

Makes me think of the Church Lady, Played by Dana Carvey...
