Family Of West MI Teen Killed In Times Square Asking For Help With GoFundMe Page
Fox 17 Is reporting that there is now a GoFundMe page set up for Alyssa Elsman, the 18-year-old who was killed in the Time Square crash last Thursday and her sister Ava, who was also injured.
The page was set up to help with funeral costs and medical bills respectively, with a goal of $10,000. In the Fox 17 report, by Sunday morning, (and when this story was written,) the funds donated were just over $11,000.
Alyssa Elsman recently graduated from Portage Central University. She was in New York City with her family, when Richard Rojas drove through a crowd of people Thursday afternoon in Times Square; 22 other people, including Alyssa’s sister Ava, were injured during the incident.
