While the venue will not be requiring concertgoers to be vaccinated as some venues have announced, they will have new procedures in place starting with the Tim Dillon show on Friday, August 6th. Face coverings are strongly recommended for fans who are not fully vaccinated, unless actively eating or drinking, per CDC guidelines. You should also plan to arrive with your entire party to help assist with staggered arrival times.

A new clear bag policy will be implemented to reduce staff contact with guest's belongings. Only the following bag types will be allowed in the venue:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags
    (Maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand
    (Maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")

Also, all events will be mobile entry only. You'll need to download your tickets to your phone with the Live Nation app prior to arriving at the venue, although previously delivered or printed tickets will be accepted for some shows.

In addition to these new procedures, GLC Live at 20 Monroe will also enact Live Nation's "Clean Concert Experience" which includes:

  • Hand sanitizers throughout the venue
  • Observation of local health guidelines
  • Masking for team members
  • Personal spacing & distancing will be observed when possible
  • Continuous cleaning & sanitizing
  • Contactless payment options for merchandise and concessions

In what is also part of the "new normal" is an ominous warning you'll now see when purchasing tickets:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting our establishment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
