Grand Rapids City Pools Close on Labor Day, September 1

There’s no use fighting it, it’s inevitable: at some point summer will be over.

A sad thought, I know.

The end of the swimming season at the Grand Rapids city pools of Briggs, Martin Luther King, Jr. and Richmond Park will close on Labor Day, Monday September 1.

The city pools are currently open six days a week starting at 12:30 pm, with most open until at least 6 p.m.

So enjoy your what’s left of your time by the pool! And brace yourself for what’s ahead…(sorry!)
