The ice cream shop opened at 2408 Eastern Ave SE this past summer. Heights Cream offers soft serve ice cream, hand-dipped cones, sundaes, flurries, slushies, and shakes. Heights Cream's hand-dipped and soft serve ice cream comes from Moo-Ville Creamery, a family dairy here in Michigan. There are over 70 hand-dipped flavors that rotate; any given day you'll have your choice of nine of them at Heights Cream.

If you're curious about the origin of Star Wars Day, according to National Today,

The first organized Star Wars Day took place in Toronto back in 2011. The event included an Original Trilogy Trivia Game Show, a costume contest, and a showing of fan-made tribute films, mash-ups, parodies, and remixes.

However, unofficially, it's thought that celebrating Star Wars on May 4th started not long after the first movie came out in 1977.  According to WFAA, the saying "May the 4th be with you," originated from a political ad celebrating Margaret Thatcher being elected Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1979.
