Grand Rapids Breakfast Cereal and Dessert Shop Reopening in New Location
Grand Rapids first - and only! - breakfast cereal café is relocating
I've been meaning to try Eastown Cereal Café since the business first opened a couple years ago. In particular, the shakes look awesome!
At the time, owner Taylor Kyle was a 17-year-old high school student! Her dream was to start a business that appeals to people of all ages, serving yummy and creative creations made with breakfast cereal.
The original location opened early 2021 at at 1505 Wealthy St. SE. It could not have been easy to open a new business during the pandemic!
It seems Eastown Cereal Café has been temporarily closed for a bit - and now, they have news!
Eastown Cereal Café is moving. The new location is 1971 E. Beltline Ave NE Suite 123.
They say the new spot on the Beltline will be their main location and they'll be adding new items to the menu.
Eastown Cereal Cafe's current menu includes bowls of cereal and Waffle Creations like the Eastown Fruity, which is a waffle topped with Fruity Pebbles, strawberry syrup, whipped cream and powdered sugar.
Milkshake Creations feature different cereal combinations, flavors of ice cream, syrups, and treats like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Oreos, and S'mores.
Stay tuned for info on Eastown Cereal Cafe's grand opening at their new location (and new menu items!) by following them on Facebook.
