Grand Rapids Parking Nonsense!

Okay, so where WFGR is located there is a parking lot where many people in the building park.  I pull into work this morning at 8AM... and outside the gate the sign says "FULL", and thus no more spots.

This would be fine except for the fact there were about 8 cars in a parking lot that holds about 50!

So I got back out, and by 10 a.m., the parking lot is near full, and the FULL light is now off!  Who's running the show around here? I love Grand Rapids, but I will say the parking around here is not only pricey, but STRANGE. I'll check back tomorrow and see if the FULL light is on there are 7 cars in the parking lot!
