This would be quite scary, a guy walking in the southeast side of Grand Rapids was shot by random gunfire.

WOODTV reports Sunday morning a 37-year-old man was shot while walking from his home on Storrs St.  around 12:30 AM. He told police that he heard gunshots and then was hit by a bullet.  he then drove himself to St. Mary’s hospital, where they called police.

The victim is expected to survive, with non-life threatening injuries. He was unable to provide police with a description of the shooter. But officers did find evidence near the man’s address and have started an investigation, according to WOODTV.
