Happy 20th Anniversary First Internet Picture!

It was on July 18th, 1992 that the first ever picture was uploaded to the internet! It's a party! These women were the first image ever uploaded, a parody band from Europe named after the company that started the internet. (Sorry, it's not "Al and the Gorette's) Who knew 20 years later, we'd still be uploading pictures and so many other things online!

One web reports that there's over 6 billion images uploaded to just Flickr last year alone. In one year. So it's possible there's trillions and trillions pictures floating around in cyberspace. Boggles the mind doesn't it? And it all started with these women! Way to be trailblazers ladies!
