Heads Up If You’ve Won Tickets From Us, Our Front Desk Will Be Closed For Two Weeks
Heads up if you've won concert tickets, lottery tickets, Griffins tickets, or anything else from us recently - our front desk is about to be closed for a bit.
As you've probably heard, our building has been under construction. And, if you've come to pick up tickets in the past year or more, you've noticed that our front desk is in a completely different building. Well, that's about to change, and our co-workers are joining us back in this building.
So, beginning Tuesday, February 12, 2019, our front desk will be closed and it will not re-open until Monday, February 25, 2019. When it reopens, our address will have also changed. It will be 37 Ottawa Ave. NW, Suite 500, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
If you have tickets that are for events that fall in that window, you should have received a phone call from Bethany letting you know about the closure. If you have any questions, or need your tickets mailed to you, please contact Bethany at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We're sorry for the inconvenience, but super excited to all be back in the same building again. We can't wait for you all to see our new space!
