If You Drive Through Lowell, You May Get Gifts [Video]

It's not so much the fact that Lowell police officers are rewarding drivers with Christmas gifts this Holiday season. It's how they're doing it.

While one officer pulls the offending driver over, he radios ahead to another officer what they're shopping for this Christmas and minutes later. After some stalling, Santa shows up with their gifts. Wow.

Heartwarming and tactically precise at the same time, it makes me want to speed through Lowell and see what gifts I can get.
